Optimize your Porsche 964 with the SCART monobloc exhaust
Designed specifically for all Porsche 964s , this innovative exhaust system replaces the original transverse rear muffler, right-hand wing end muffler and tailpipe in a single unit. It is the ideal and durable solution for a controlled sporty sound, offering a superior alternative to Cup pipe or swan neck systems, which are often considered too noisy in the long term.
This versatile system is available in four versions , allowing you to choose the perfect sound (sport or dynamic) and output configuration (one or two). It is also optimized for the installation of a sports catalyst (including our +17hp version) without compromising the overall sound level.
Easy installation and complete kit included:
- Direct installation after the catalyst (original or SCART sport).
- Estimated installation time: approximately 2 hours. A lifting platform is recommended for this simple operation.
- For optimal assembly, a complete kit is included : new seals, all stainless steel screws and lock nuts, high-temperature copper grease and the 2 SCART straps. (Remember to keep and clean the olive seal and its original catalyst outlet collar.)

This muffler fits on:

This exhaust for 964 replaces in a single block the rear transverse muffler and the terminal muffler which is located in the right rear wing as well as the exit. In the long term it is the best solution. Because the Cup tube and Swan neck assembly is too noisy. And if you are equipped with one or the other, when the second must be replaced, it is necessary to find a global solution. The 4 versions of Cup system offer the full range to obtain a sporty or more dynamic sound with one or two exits. This version allows the installation of a sport catalyst without the final result being too high.

This muffler is mounted directly after the catalyst, whether it is the original one or our sport version (+17hp).
The average installation time, including removal of the stock exhaust, for this exhaust is 2.0 hours. Installation time may be faster if the exhaust to be removed is in good condition, but may be longer if it is not.
Using a lift is essential. Removing the original exhaust is fairly easy.
Follow the manufacturer's tightening torques. An exhaust that is not tightened enough can cause air leaks. An exhaust that is too tight can also cause air leaks. Nuts should always be tightened gradually across all nuts.
To ensure the best possible assembly of all our exhausts, we include in the price of this exhaust a mounting kit with gaskets, stainless steel screws, all-stainless steel lock nuts and high-temperature copper grease as well as the 2 SCART straps. Except for the olive seal and its collar at the catalyst outlet, which must be kept and brushed before reassembly. We recommend putting copper grease on the screw threads and on the joint faces during assembly.
