Designed specifically for the Porsche 986 (2.5L, 2.7L and 3.2L), our SCART muffler is a major innovation. Faced with the acoustic and gas flow challenges specific to this model (restrictive exhaust angles and returns), our unique design ensures optimal throttle acceleration, finally unlocking the full sonic potential of your Boxster, where conventional solutions fail.
Choose the sound experience that suits you:
- Racing Version: For a powerful roar and a very angry sound.
- Sport Version: For a more controlled tone, but still distinctive and sporty.
Note: The demonstration videos show the Racing version, combined with 200cc catalysts.
Our mufflers are fitted directly after your catalysts, guaranteeing perfect integration thanks to respected original interfaces (inlets, outlets, size).
An average installation time of 3 hours is to be expected. For optimal and durable installation, a complete kit is provided, including stainless steel screws, all-stainless steel lock nuts and high-temperature copper grease.

These mufflers fit on:
> 986 2.5L, 2.7L and 3.2L
For several years we have been developing several prototypes for this car.
The main difficulty lies in the fact that the catalysts have a right angle that is particularly detrimental to the fluidity of the gases. And to add to the difficulties, at the outlet of the catalysts, the gases make a 180° turn, which slows them down even more.
It's impossible to generate high-level sound without throttle velocity. Few cars in the Porsche range have this problem. Aside from turbos, which are structurally problematic, only the 986 and 997 Phase 2 have catastrophic throttle velocities for sound. This is why there aren't many satisfactory options on the market.
This exhaust allows acceleration of the gases in the exhaust.
We make it in two versions: a very aggressive Racing version and a more sensible Sport version.
Please note: in the videos shown, the Boxster is equipped with 200cc catalysts and the Racing version muffler.

Our exhausts all have the original interfaces, meaning that their inlets, outlets and dimensions are consistent with the original part.
This muffler is mounted directly after the catalysts.
The average installation time, including removal of the stock exhaust, for this exhaust is 3.0 hours. Installation time may be faster if the exhaust to be removed is in good condition, but may be longer if it is not.
To ensure the best possible assembly of all our exhausts, we include in the price of this exhaust a mounting kit with stainless steel screws, all-stainless steel lock nuts and high-temperature copper grease. We recommend applying copper grease to the screw threads and to the sleeves and clamps during assembly.
