Ultima Sport Exhaust - Porsche 987-2

This escapement is part of the famous "Ultima Récital" , that is to say that it has the following 3 characteristics:

Significant and deep sound when turning the key Very discreet sound in stabilized mode Very playful sound in acceleration

We have worked extensively on these 987 exhausts, following the developments made for the 981 , in order to increase the sound depth compared to the first version. We have also developed a specific exhaust support which replaces the original one to allow the mufflers to be supported on their rear overhangs .

A Sport version with valves (Reference: SCA 987-2 3 2 VI or VT)

Our exhausts all have the original interfaces , that is to say that their inlets, outlets and dimensions are consistent with the original part.

These mufflers are mounted directly after the collectors/catalysts.

The average installation time, including removal of the original exhaust, is 3.0 hours . Installation time may be faster if the exhaust to be removed is in good condition, but may be longer if it is not.

The use of a lifting platform is essential. The nuts must always be tightened gradually over all the nuts.

To ensure that all our exhausts are fitted in the best possible conditions , we include in the price of this exhaust a fitting kit with gaskets, stainless steel screws, all stainless steel lock nuts and high temperature copper grease. We recommend applying copper grease to the screw threads and the joint faces during assembly.
