Valved exhaust - Porsche Boxster (987)

The valve exhaust allows, when you want , to switch from a soft sound to a very sporty sound by pressing a switch. In discreet mode, the sound is a little more present than the original , and in open mode, the sound becomes very sporty and angry . Coupled with our 200cc sport manifolds / catalysts , this gives a sound close to a racing car. All accessories are included (wiring harness and air).

Our exhausts all have the original interfaces , that is to say that their inlets, outlets and dimensions are consistent with the original part.

These mufflers are mounted directly after the collectors/catalysts.

Installation time, including removal of the original exhaust, is 8.0 hours . Installation time may be faster if the exhaust to be removed is in good condition, but may be longer if it is not. Removal of the rear bumper is not necessary.

The use of a lifting platform is essential. The nuts must always be tightened gradually over all the nuts after the exhaust has been completely installed .

To ensure that all our exhausts are fitted in the best possible conditions , we include in the price of this exhaust a fitting kit with gaskets, stainless steel screws, all stainless steel lock nuts and high temperature copper grease. It is recommended to apply copper grease to the screw threads and the joint faces during assembly.
