A facelift of the 997 (2008-2012). The major news: direct fuel injection (DFI) and the PDK dual-clutch gearbox replacing the Tiptronic. Water-cooled flat-6 3.6L and 3.8L (Carrera), 3.8L twin-turbo with 500 hp (Turbo), GT3 up to 3.8L (435 hp). Coupé, cabriolet, Targa, GT3, Turbo.

For the 997.2, Scart offers sport headers + 200cc sport catalysts, a central X-pipe and valved centre systems in 3.6L and 3.8L, controlled by switch or PSE panel (3 to 6 buttons), up to the Turbo and GT2 RS. Twin tailpipes in chrome, brushed or matte black. 304L stainless hand-polished, TIG-welded, made in France, 10-year warranty.
