This exhaust sits in the centre position. Let's be frank: on its own it adds a little extra sound, without being very significant - for a powerful sound on this car, you need the valve version. On PSE-equipped 997-2s, however, it can be a good complement. We recommend adding a pair of sport air filters.

This exhaust is centrally located. On its own, it adds a little extra sound, but it's not very significant. To get a powerful sound from this car, you need to install the valve version. On 997-2s equipped with the PSE, it can be a good addition. We also recommend adding a pair of sports air filters.

Our exhausts all have the original interfaces, meaning that their inlets, outlets and dimensions are consistent with the original part.

This X-pipe fits between the headers and mufflers.

The average installation time, including removal of the original exhaust, for this exhaust is 1.5 hours. The use of a lifting platform is essential. To ensure the installation of all our exhausts is carried out in the best conditions, we include in the price of this exhaust a mounting kit with clamps, gaskets, stainless steel screws, washers, all-stainless steel lock nuts and high-temperature copper grease. We recommend that you put copper grease on the screw threads and the joint surfaces.
