Before arriving at the sound we offer you, the exhaust system underwent intensive development.

• Several Prototypes Were Produced: For a model as iconic as the Black Series, sound is no accident, it's a science. Our team worked on several prototypes and configurations (tube diameters, crossover geometry, muffler design) to harmonize the flat-plane V8 and create a timbre that is both powerful, rich, and free of unwanted resonance.
• The Perfect Balance: This iterative process ensures that when the valves are open, you get the aggressive, pure timbre of a sports car, while maintaining premium sound quality at all revs.

2. Sound and Performance without Compromise: FAP Recommendation

To truly unleash the acoustic potential of the twin-turbo V8 and overcome the constraints of modern anti-pollution standards, one step is essential:

• We Recommend Removing the DPFs (Particulate Filters): The Black Series engine, especially with its flat-plane crankshaft, is hampered by the particulate filters. Removing them, combined with reprogramming, results in a more powerful, deeper, and purer sound, without the muffled or filtered note of the stock exhaust.
  
• The installation of sports catalysts is also an option which would allow you to offer the sound of a Formula 1 in open position.
