Fits: all Porsche 964 Turbo.
This version is fitted with a 100-cell HJS sport metallic catalytic converter: it replaces the original converter with better flow and more sound, with a 12 hp gain on a stock 964 Turbo.
The original additional air intake has been deleted: its belt consumed horsepower for no benefit. For the record, Porsche designed this system to inject fresh outside air into the muffler and artificially lean out the exhaust gas mixture at the outlet.
Fitting
- Strictly original interfaces (inlets, outlets, dimensions): direct replacement, no modification
- Mounts directly between the turbo and the final muffler
- Average fitting time: 2 hours including removal
- A lift is essential
- Reusing the original Lambda sensor is not straightforward: be ready to replace it
- Tighten all nuts progressively
- Fitting kit included: gaskets, stainless bolts, stainless lock nuts, high-temperature copper grease

This standard catalyst fits on:
> 930 Turbo 3.3L US
This version is equipped with a 100cc metallic sport catalyst. It has a higher sound level than the original one and therefore allows this part to be replaced, providing better flow and a better sound. Therefore, it is our best seller. This version does not have an additional air intake.

Our exhausts all have the original interfaces, meaning their inlets, outlets and dimensions are consistent with the original part. They can therefore be fitted in place of the original part without any modification.
This catalyst is mounted between the turbo and the muffler.
The average installation time, including removal of the original exhaust, for this exhaust is 1.5 hours. Installation time may be faster if the exhaust to be removed is in good condition, but it may be longer if the opposite is the case.
The use of a lifting platform is essential, because the catalyst and muffler assembly are removed from below.
Tightening the nuts should always be done gradually across all the nuts.
To ensure that all our exhausts are fitted in the best possible conditions, we include in the price of this exhaust a fitting kit with gaskets, stainless steel screws, all-stainless steel lock nuts and high-temperature copper grease.
