This escapement is part of the famous "Ultima Récital", meaning that it has the following 3 characteristics:
> Meaningful and deep sound when turning the key
> Very discreet sound in stabilized mode
> Very playful sound during acceleration
We worked extensively on the 981's exhausts to achieve this incredible sonic depth. We also developed a custom exhaust bracket that replaces the original one to support the mufflers on their rear overhangs.

We also have the following mufflers in our range:

Our exhausts all have the original interfaces, meaning that their inlets, outlets and dimensions are consistent with the original part.

These mufflers are mounted directly after the collectors/catalysts.

The average installation time, including removal of the stock exhaust, for this exhaust is 3.0 hours. Installation time may be faster if the exhaust to be removed is in good condition, but may be longer if it is not.

The use of a lifting platform is essential. The nuts must always be tightened gradually over all the nuts.

To ensure the best possible assembly of all our exhausts, we include in the price of this exhaust a mounting kit with gaskets, stainless steel screws, all-stainless steel lock nuts and high-temperature copper grease. We recommend applying copper grease to the screw threads and the joint faces during assembly.
