Fits: all Porsche 996 GT3.
These 100% stainless steel manifolds with forged stainless flanges replace the manifolds of the 996 phase 1 and 2. Their shape harmonises the sequencing - the consistency of gas volume once the gases meet in a single pipe.
Fitting
- Original interfaces: direct replacement of the original manifolds, no modification
- Mount between the engine and the catalytic converters. Corrosion on the existing manifolds makes removal time unpredictable: if removal goes smoothly (which never happens with original manifolds...), count 3 hours
- A lift is essential
- Tighten all nuts progressively, once everything is in place
- Fitting kit included: gaskets, tube nuts, stainless bolts, stainless lock nuts, high-temperature copper grease
Also in our range
- Version for 996 3.4L and 3.6L - Reference: SCA 996 1 2

These 100% stainless steel manifolds have forged stainless steel flanges. They replace the manifolds of the 996 phase 1 and 2. Their shapes allow for optimization by harmonizing the sequencing, that is to say the consistency of the gas volume once the gases are combined in a tube.
We also have in our range:

These manifolds are mounted between the engine and the catalysts. The installation is not difficult except that due to the corrosion of the existing manifolds, it is impossible to know the installation time required. Let's say that if the disassembly is done without problem (which never happens if the existing manifolds are original), the installation time is 3 hours. The use of a lifting platform is essential.
Our manifolds have the original interfaces, meaning their inlets, outlets, and dimensions are consistent with the original parts. They can therefore be mounted in place of the original manifolds without any modification.
Tightening the nuts should always be done gradually on all the nuts once everything is in place.
To ensure that all our exhausts are fitted in the best possible conditions, we include in the price of this exhaust a fitting kit with gaskets, tube nuts, stainless steel screws, all-stainless steel lock nuts and high-temperature copper grease.
