These 100% stainless steel, flow-optimised manifolds replace the original manifolds, without modification.

Fitting

Original interfaces (inlets, outlets, dimensions)
Mount between the engine and the catalytic converters
Fitting time: 2 hours, assuming the nuts are not too rusted. A lift is essential
Tighten all nuts progressively, once all bolts are in place
Fitting kit included: gaskets, tube nuts, stainless bolts, stainless lock nuts, high-temperature copper grease

These collectors are mounted on:

> All 997 phase 1

These 100% stainless steel manifolds have optimized flow. They replace the original manifolds for the 997 3.6L and 3.8L without modification.

These manifolds are mounted between the engine and the catalytic converters. Installation time is 2 hours assuming the nuts are not too rusty. The use of a lifting platform is essential.

Our manifolds have the original interfaces, meaning that their inlets, outlets and dimensions are consistent with the original parts.

Tightening should always be done gradually on all nuts once all screws are in place.

To ensure that all our exhausts are fitted in the best possible conditions, we include in the price of this exhaust a fitting kit with gaskets, tube nuts, stainless steel screws, all-stainless steel lock nuts and high-temperature copper grease.

What does the "Sport" range mean?

The Sport range sits between stock and our Super Sound. The sound is raw, present, more expressive than the original system, yet always civilized. It's the right choice if you want more character without going all the way to the full Super Sound signature (Riva or Ultima).

What's the lead time for this part?

This part is handcrafted to order in our workshop near Paris. Expect 3 to 5 weeks from receipt of payment. We keep you posted at every step.

What does it sound like?

Depending on the model, you get either a Sport signature (raw but civilized) or Super Sound Type Riva / Ultima (deep, sporty and noble under acceleration, discreet at stabilized speeds, no resonance). For valve models, two worlds in one: discreet with valves closed, roaring with valves open.
