Wastegate Pipe - Porsche 911 (930)

On early turbo versions, this tube ran from the wastegate directly to the muffler. Then Porsche thought it would be simpler to make it go directly to the air but with a small muffler. Our version being a tube, it allows for a small, playful whistle when the turbo engages. That's why it's our favorite.

This muffler mounts directly onto the turbo wastegate. Installation is quite easy.

The average installation time, including removal of the stock exhaust, for this exhaust is 0.5 hours. Installation time may be longer if the screws are corroded.

The use of a lift is essential because the nuts at the wastegate are not easy to access.

Our exhausts all have the original interfaces, meaning that their inlets, outlets and dimensions are consistent with the original part. They can therefore be mounted in place of the original muffler without any modification.

Tightening the nuts should always be done gradually across all the nuts.

To ensure that all our exhausts are fitted in the best possible conditions, we include in the price of this exhaust a fitting kit with a gasket, all-stainless steel nuts and high-temperature copper grease.
