Muffler for 911 2,7L RS, 2 in, 3 out with short pipes

This sport muffler fits the :
> 911 2.7L RS

This muffler with its three tail-pipes has a dual sound. Its design is inspired by the RSR muffler in its 70’s racing days.  It's the ancestor of today's exhausts with valves.  In road mode you plug the rear tail-pipes, leaving the left hand pipe open. With this set-up the sound is sporty yet discrete. In competition mode, the 2 rear tail-pipe plugs are removed and you plug the left hand pipe.  With this set-up the sound is, well .... competitive.  In this 3.0L RSR style version, the rear tail-pipes are short, they are perfectly aligned under the rear bumper. The straps are included.

This muffler fits under the car directly onto the headers. It's fairly easy to fit.

On average, this exhaust can be fitted within 1 hour, including the dismounting of the original exhaust. Fitting may take longer if the bolts are corroded. Use of a car hoist is preferable but not essential.

Our exhausts all fit onto the original interfaces.  By this we mean their entry, their outlet and their size conform to the original part. They can be fitted in replacement of the original muffler without requiring any modification.

Tightening of the bolts must always be done progressively across the whole set of bolts..

To ensure that our exhausts are fitted under the best conditions, a mounting kit containing: gaskets, stainless steel bolts, stainless steel lock nuts and high temperature copper grease, is included with your exhaust.
